Testimonials and Reviews
We take immense pride in the service we offer here at the Wealden Crematorium. We are confident we can provide you with a beautiful venue and the most up-to-date facilities and services to give your loved one the perfect send-off.
The three stages of a funeral service, as often observed by the gardener.
The meeting.
Car park. Which way do I go? Where are the toilets? Ooh that’s so and so, not seen her for ages. Big hugs, what’s his name? What a shame, so young… I knew his mum.
The service.
Ceremony Hall, no more smiles. Some great photos, tear jerkers, music memories, look at her 60s hair do. Beautiful flowers, family bearers, very brave, wonderful words. I couldn’t do that… curtains close.
After.
Leaving the hall. Wipe the tears, great words, thanks for coming. Do you remember, what a funny guy, big heart, anything for anyone, would have loved this. Where are the toilets, will be missed, what a shame, so young… I knew his mum.
Quite simply the best crematorium in the South East…
From the well maintained grounds, ample car parking, warm waiting area and spotless WCs to the main hall with full height glazed walls that flood the room with natural light that dances the reflection from the water pool into the room. And most importantly, the staff are so friendly. personable and attentive.

I just wanted to say ‘thank you’ for making me so welcome today. My first service at your beautiful Crematorium and hopefully not my last! It’s so nice to be somewhere so modern and an added bonus that there was so much help to hand…

We attended a service last week (first visit) and were very impressed with everything. The grounds will be super as everything grows up and matures.
The one little suggestion would be some places outside to perch while waiting to go into a funeral. There was a lovely turnout for our person and the waiting room was busy. I would have benefited from somewhere to rest outside. What with avoiding Covid risks, and having a medical condition that causes fatigue I’d have been happy outside, even if it was raining!

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for your warm welcome and guidance on Thursday. It was really lovely to be in a different space and one that is so bright and open. Hopefully, I shall be back again one day.
With all good wishes and thanks once again.
